Fiora is a scaling duelist who likes to splitpush with high levels of scaling true damage and movement speed with her vitals. As such, she heavily outscales Darius in terms of damage and mobility. Thus, Fiora would be content in going even with a Darius in the side lane since after a few items, she would stat-check the Darius.

Avoid getting poked in lane by fiora's lunge especially on vital procs. Stand near a wall so Fiora can not land her vitals especially during her ultimate You can take an all in level 1 if you start Doran’s Blade and w. Keep the wave on your side so you can all-in with ghost.
Trades
If Fiora dashes into you level 1 you can ghost on her with w and run her down.
