Try to force a fight level 1. If you start near his bush you likely pushed the wave with counterstrike while forcing. Try to look for a slow push on the first two waves and then a fast push on the third. From there, you can look to get vision, rotate to a jungle skirmish, or cheater recall. Nasus should look to stack waves and bounce it to get a good reset soon especially if you took a cheater recall. Your objective is now to thin the wave and set up a freeze. You can look to fight him when he contests but try not to take much minion damage from the wave.

Try to level 1 cheese him at tri bush or at the bush near him. Taking a extended trade with counterstrike early on is very good for you. Use your counterstrike to block his auto Q reset. Don’t stand in his E. This lane is more about wave management and punishing him than mechanical outplays.

You win all trades pre six. Make sure you block his Q with the counterstrike. Nasus has lifesteal on his autos. Thus he lacks sustain if he does not have access to the minion wave. Be careful when using your counterstrike post six. If you waste it near his turret, he can ult and ghost and force an all-in when you have it on cooldown.
