You need good wave fundamentals to win this lane. Darius is strong enough to break your slow push. You want the wave near your turret so he can't effectively get on you. Try not to push the wave when you are farming with q.

3Q>E Ghost is viable in this matchup to match his ghost. You can go Second wind for sustain, conditioning for tankiness, or sorcery with gathering storm and absolute focus for scaling. You can even go Nimbus Cloak and Celerity to match his max movement speed setup. In low elo second wind and resolve is best, but in higher elo nimbus cloak and celerity is recommended. Go Dshield and boots asap.

Do not ever get into his range even after six. Poke him with q and e if the timings are good but prioritize farming. If you get pulled early on you are dead if you are not next to your turret.
